Amanda McLachlan – Bennett Jones

Amanda McLachlan has a general litigation practice. She appears before the Ontario Labour Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Prior to becoming an associate, Amanda articled with the firm.

While attending the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, Amanda competed in the Arnup Cup Trial Advocacy Competition as a member of the winning team. Amanda also competed in the Pace International Criminal Law Moot Competition in New York, where she was recognized as the top oralist in her round of the competition; and in the Sopinka Cup advocacy competition. Amanda was also an active volunteer and mentor to incoming students at the Windsor Community Legal Aid clinic.
