Featured Young Litigator Program‏

ASAP is committed to the continuing education of Toronto’s legal community. To that end, we have developed, supported, and collaborated on over 50 legal education programs over the past year. The latest is the Young Legal Talent Program. We developed this program in order to highlight rising stars by featuring them on our website and giving them a forum for their ideas.

  • The featured young litigator will have the opportunity to blog on current legal issues, providing case comments on current cases.
  • Quarterly, the featured young litigators will have the opportunity to collaborate in choosing a topic and content for a panel discussion. The panel will be comprised of the three young litigators and one of our esteemed arbitrators, who will moderate the discussion. Invitations will go out to the panellists’ firms so that their colleagues and mentors have an opportunity to support and encourage their peers or mentees.

The Young Talent Program will include a quarterly Town Hall, with some of the most talented litigators in Toronto acting as panellists and providing Young Litigators an opportunity to learn from the leaders of their profession.

This program is open to all litigation departments in Toronto. The young lawyers being featured are one- to three-year call. Any firm who would like to put forward a candidate is welcome to contact Kimberley Stewart at kim@arbitrationplace.com
